River Fly Fishing

We have a variety of rivers around the Taupo area to suit all abilities.

If you are new to fly fishing you may wish to start with an easier to wade river, enjoying beautiful scenery whilst learning the art of fly fishing.

For the more experienced anglers, I will work with you to define the river that best suits your goals.

Your experience

Picnic by the river, or meander over boulders to find that perfect spot, your Taupo experience can be wide and varied. Please let me know what your ideal day is and we can work with you to design your day.

Pricing

$1300 per day (lake)

$950 per day (river, (half day $500)

This includes:

all fishing gear and wet or warm weather clothing
lunch, hot drinks and snacks
6 hours on the water (lake), 8 hours (river) plus travelling time
transport with guide if required
Goods and Services Tax of 15%
